6 Handy Foot Care Tips:

  • Your feet carry the weight of your body all day. Look after them by moisturising them after you shower and giving them a bit of a massage.
  • Wear the appropriate shoes for your chosen activity: working, running, tennis or netball, etc. Each activity comes with different demands on your feet, so make sure they are adequately supported and protected with the appropriate type of footwear.
  • Wear a clean and dry pair of socks everyday.
  • Exercise: Get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day to help keep the muscles in your legs strong and to ensure healthy circulation in your feet.
